This page lists the known bugs and most common questions that we get asked.

Multiple Entry Messages

• Users may receive multiple entry prompts or duplicate messages. This is due to a bug in some instances; it will be resolved in future updates.

Invite Link Conflicts

• Make sure only the Custom invite link with Request Admin Approval is used. If another invite link or direct add method is used, BotBasher may not manage the entry correctly, allowing unauthorized users temporarily.

Authentication and Entry Delay

• Members added without custom links will be removed in up to 10 minutes (current reconciliation period) if they haven’t authenticated.

Android Camera Permissions

• Android users may experience issues with camera permissions. If this happens, switching to an external browser (e.g., Chrome) typically resolves the issue.
