Launch and set up a node manually
It's a quick step-by-step guide to launching a node without using Launcher app
Node installation has the following steps:
Setting up the system
Before installing the node, make sure you run a supported OS.
We currently provide binaries built for Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) and macOS. In this guide, we will omit macOS; the steps are similar, but you probably want to use the launcher.
Install an Ubuntu 20.04 on a system (bare metal or VM). You'll need at least 160 GB of hard drive, 4 GB RAM, and 4 CPUs.
