Start Locally

This option allows you to install, configure, and launch the node on your local machine. We have automated system preparation steps (i.e. on Windows, Humanode Launcher will set up WSL for you). If you would rather do everything manually, the overall System Preparation can be seen .

The Local installation process matches on all platforms, except that on Windows there are extra steps to install WSL, as Windows can't run UNIX applications natively.
